Welcome to the Jungle

If you are following my sabbatical blog I wanted to let you know that I am leaving early tomorrow morning for a 5-day excursion into the Amazon. This blog is unlikely to be updated until Saturday, October 24.

Wish me luck as I venture forth to meet Shamans, fish for Piranhas, try to see a wild anaconda, learn about the ecology of the rainforest, canoe, birdwatch, and try not to contract malaria.
